EVcourse ("we," "our," or "us") provides EV charging troubleshooting tools, including our website and the EVcourse: EV Charging Help mobile app. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Service Description

Our services include:

  • EV range and charging estimation tools
  • Location-based features to show relevant regional information (in the app)

The troubleshooting tips are general guidance only and may not resolve all charging issues. For persistent problems, contact your vehicle manufacturer, charging network provider, or a qualified technician.

Location Services (App)

With your permission, the app accesses your device's location to provide region-specific information. You can disable location access in your device settings at any time. The app will continue to function with limited features.

Data & Privacy

Your configuration data is stored locally in your browser or device. We use analytics for aggregate traffic statistics but do not track individual users. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Intellectual Property

EVcourse services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by EVcourse and protected by copyright and trademark laws. EV manufacturer data and vehicle specifications are owned by their respective manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVcourse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes damages resulting from following troubleshooting tips, inaccurate information, or any damage to your vehicle or equipment.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
